RETURN YOUR ORDER:
Items purchased in this webshop can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can review the item within these 14 days.
General return rules, as far as reasonably possible

Return payments
The refund contains the cost price of the returned products, and, if a delivered order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs (based on the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). In case only part of an order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
We pay back the purchase price as soon as possible, at least within 14 days at the latest.
The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the order on xxxdvds.eu
The payment of the return shipment is at your own expense.
Damaged products
We do our utmost to ensure that you receive the product in perfect condition. Should the product show material / production defects, follow the normal return process and inform our customer service. XXXDVDs will provide a suitable solution, including sending (standard delivery) a new product. The associated costs will then be borne by XXXDVDs.
This only applies to cases of manufacturing faults or other problems caused by the manufacturer and not to damage caused by the customer after the purchase.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically own the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example by email or by post) to revoke the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of the cancellation If you cancel the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard offered by us. delivery) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature (once-only adjustment is allowed), the characteristics and the functioning of the goods.
